Baja Sea Turtles
Its been a while since we have given you an update on what is happening here in the East Cape with the turtles. There has been several sucessful releases in Buena Vista, Baja Mexico. There is a wonderful resort and hotel called Rancho Buena Vista. The Local community is very active in watching the activitiy
of Sea Turtles. We are always kept updated if turtles come on to the beach and lay eggs. The home owners love it here and show it with there passion for ensuring the safety of the nesting turtles. On Saturday morning 129 Ridley Olive turtles were released into the Sea of Cortez. The location was near the Hotel with residents in attendance. It was a wonderful moment for all, in the early morning hours on the
7th of October.
